A lot of creatives are ambitious and full of ideas, but can’t get them off the ground because they’re struggling with patterns like self-criticism, perfectionism, and overwhelm. Those thought patterns can completely derail your goals.

I’m Ally Legato, a performance psychology coach for creatives. I’ve been there, and I know how hard it can be to shake those thoughts.

My methods focus on helping you understand those patterns so you can change them. We work on re-scripting your identity, your beliefs, and your behaviors so they’re in alignment with your greater goals, without all the fear and negativity - so you can stop working against yourself and start building momentum in a way that feels sustainable.
